A data site maintained by Google called Google Finance now has a crypto field that is placed at a prominent place on the site. It is placed right at the top of the page where people can search compare markets, it is included with the default list which also includes Asia, Europe, U.S, currency.
This is also a prove that cryptocurrency is coming into the mainstream world. Many big firms including MicroStrategy, Tesla have invested in bitcoin, which resulted in a bullish run of it. Bitcoins have reached new heights on 21 Feb 2021.
In 2017 also bitcoin had a bull run but today’s bull run is different from that as then it was fueled by retail investors only and today big institutional investors are behind it.
According to Google trends, searched for cryptocurrency were higher in 2017 than today. But still crypto is moving towards becoming the finance world’s future.
Google Finance only has Bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, and bitcoin cash on their website. Only these cryptocurrencies paper when clicked the crypto tab. At this moment they have just a few cryptocurrencies, in the future, they may add more.
